Staggered Closing & Extended Bidding

Lots begin closing at 9:00 AM, with 20-second intervals between each lot. If a bid is placed during a lot’s final 2 minutes, its closing time will automatically extend by 2 minutes.

Payment Terms

After the auction ends on Saturday, Hessney Auction will charge the credit card used to register, subject to the certified-funds requirement below.

Gold purchases, or total purchases exceeding $1,000 for Jewelry, Coins, Sports Cards, and Stamps, may require payment in certified funds unless a previous standing arrangement exists with Hessney Auction Co.

Invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders. Please check your spam folder if your invoice does not appear in your inbox.

Pickup Information

Monday, November 16 & Tuesday, November 17
9:30 AM–5:00 PM both days

All items must be picked up during these hours. If you cannot attend during the scheduled pickup times, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.

Shipping Information

You will receive an email or text from Hessney Auction Co. and Shipping Saint with a link to select “Shipping” or “Pick Up.”

If you select shipping, our staff will gather and pack your items. Once your package is ready, you will receive a notification with the shipping cost and a link to pay. A tracking number will also be provided.

Handling Fees:

  • USPS Priority boxes: $5 per package.

  • Larger or nonstandard boxes: Up to $10 per package.

Shipping charges are based on USPS or UPS rates, plus the applicable handling fee.

Please allow time for processing. Our small staff handles hundreds of packages each week. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep shipping costs low and ensure your items arrive safely.
